HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ITEM TO ARRIVE?
Once we receive your order, your order will be processed within 1-3 business days. For your convenience, we have given an estimate amount of delivery days listed in each item description. Orders are only processed on business days Monday through Friday. Saturday and Sunday are NOT considered business days.
*Please note that we have warehouses all over the world, therefore if you order multiple items, they may arrive at different times**
HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
You can track the status of your order anytime by emailing our customer support desk at (email@example.com). We will get back to you within 3 to 24 hours.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We currently do not offer international shipping. This is something that will be available in the near future.
DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?
We strive to only provide our customers with the highest quality products, therefore each item is inspected before it leaves the warehouse. If by any chance you receive an item that is defective, you can send it back to us within 14 days for a FULL refund or replacement. Please contact us
WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on a case by case basis. If you need to exchange an item for any other reason, please send us an email to
